Michael Merginio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Senior Analyst at Golub Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Future Tech Career Institute as a Lead Adjunct Professor, where they trained aspiring project managers to become PMI-certified Project Managers. Michael also provided guidance on exam preparation and job performance.

Before that, Michael worked at Insight as a Project Coordinator, Sr., where they managed and coordinated projects and programs for large clients, specializing in vendor and client management. Michael utilized their PMP certification to implement risk management strategies and improve processes. Michael also held positions as a Coordinator, Warranty Validation Coordinator, and QA Tech/Services Tech, Sr. at Insight.

Additionally, Michael worked as a Command Center Tech, Level 3 at SmartSource Technical Solutions and as a Customer Relations Manager at Alorica. Michael also gained extensive technical consulting experience at The Computer Merchant, LTD (TCM).

Early in their career, Michael worked as a Retail Clerk at Meijer, where they handled inventory management and cashiering duties. Michael also served as an Assistant Librarian/Student Librarian at Andrews University and as a Taskforce Librarian at Blue Mountain Academy.

Michael Merginio holds multiple degrees and certifications in various fields. Michael first attended Andrews University from 1988 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Psychology. During this time, from 1990 to 1992, they also studied Pre-Med at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Later, Michael pursued higher education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Michael obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2005 and 2008. Continuing their education, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management from the same institution between 2008 and 2010. Lastly, they completed a Master's Degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michael Merginio holds multiple certifications. Michael obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2014 and another PMP certification from PMI, also in October 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA in October 2001.
