Benedict Riches has held various roles throughout their work experience. Benedict started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Norwich City Football Club in 1998. Benedict then worked as an Account Executive at balloon dog (formerly Fox Murphy) from 2002 to 2003. From 2004 to 2010, they served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Experience Worldwide (formerly The Works London). In 2010, they joined GMR Marketing as the Director of Marketing & Communications, and later became the Director of International Marketing, where they were responsible for global marketing and communications strategy and activation, as well as international business development. Riches then moved to Golfzon Leadbetter in 2014, where they held various executive positions, including Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director, and eventually Chief Executive Officer. In their role as CEO, they were responsible for the growth and development of Golfzon Leadbetter brands globally, focusing on areas such as global licensing, golf academy operations, new product development, brand diversification, and digital education platforms.
Benedict Riches attended Loughborough University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography & Sports Science. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Management at the same institution.
