Rohan Kawale has a diverse work experience beginning in 2016 as a Business Development Executive at ThingsMeet Solutions Private Limited. In 2018, they joined Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Executive in Business Development. rohan then moved on to OYO in 2019, where they worked as a Demand Manager. Currently, since 2020, Rohan is employed at Alliances Galore as a Sr. Executive in Strategic Alliance.

Rohan Kawale completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in electrical engineering from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Rajaramnagar, SAKHARALE, from 2009 to 2013. rohan then pursued their MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Sinhgad Institute Of Management, from 2014 to 2016. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google.
