Amit Madaan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Amit is currently working as AVP Operations at Thriwe, where they are responsible for travel and digital operations, customer service, data analytics, and program requirements. Amit manages a team of 15 members and works closely with various cross-functional teams. Amit also assists in system and process transformation projects and regularly shares findings from data and customer feedback to implement necessary changes.

Prior to their current role, Amit worked as VP Operations at Goals101 from 2018 to 2021. Amit was responsible for campaign delivery lead for ad operations and managed multiple work streams such as collaterals, targeting, deployment, reporting, and customer service. Amit developed strong relationships with partners and served as the key contact for product and business questions from customers and the sales team.

From 2013 to 2018, Amit worked at Pine labs Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager. Amit managed and handled the airport and railways lounge business, including product enhancement, delivery, business expansion, and relationships. Amit was solely responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of this business line, as well as revenue targets and product strategy. Amit also managed relationships with various issuers and lounges/aggregators and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prior to that, Amit worked at ST-Ericsson as a Senior PDM Coordinator from 2009 to 2013. Amit followed the maturity life of the supply chain and created technical documentation. Amit also coordinated cross-functionally with various departments.

Amit started their career as a Technical Assistant at STMicroelectronics in 2007. Amit also worked as a Training Coordinator at HCL BPO in 2006, where they coordinated with different departments and prepared training schedules and reports. Before that, Amit worked as a Command Center executive at Mphasis, where they successfully handled workforce management and ensured timely and accurate deliverables for the Airtel project.

Overall, Amit Madaan has gained extensive experience in operations, customer service, relationship management, and project coordination throughout their career.

Amit Madaan completed their High School education at D.A.V Public School from 1997 to 1998. Amit then pursued an Intermediate degree at J K G from 2000 to 2001. In 2000, they also enrolled in Chaudhary Charan Singh University and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree in 2003. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, Amit attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Operations.
