Beata Gruca has a strong background in finance and accounting. Beata began their career at 3M as an Assistant Accountant from October 2007 to April 2009. Beata then joined Haulfryn Group as a Treasury and Residential Accountant from April 2009 to December 2013. Following that, they worked at Haulfryn Group Limited as a Finance Manager from December 2013 to September 2015. Beata currently holds various roles at Golfbreaks.com, starting as a Finance Manager from September 2015 to December 2017. Beata then became a Financial Controller from January 2018 until present, and recently took on the position of Finance Director from January 2020.

Beata Gruca attended ACCA from 2009 to 2013, but did not complete a degree or field of study. Beata then went on to earn a Master's degree in Literature and Cultural Studies from Jagiellonian University from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they also obtained a Master's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Jagiellonian University from 2000 to 2007.
