Dylan Smith began their career in 2013 as a Beach Supervisor at the club at barefoot beach. In 2015, they moved to Golf Life Properties as a Real Estate Agent. In 2016, they joined Golf Life Navigators as President of Sales, and in 2017 they also began working as a Real Estate Agent for Premiere Plus Realty, Co. At Golf Life Navigators, Dylan was promoted to VP of Sales and then Director of Sales - FL. During their time in this role, they exceeded yearly sales goals by 300% and exceeded their personal goal of $350,000+ in net revenues in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Additionally, they managed client leads, marketing deployments, and all communications with club representatives.

Dylan Smith attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2010 to 2014, studying Integrated Studies. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of Tampa, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. No additional certifications have been reported.
