Ryan Cagan, PGA has a diverse range of work experience in the golf industry. Ryan most recently worked as a Customer Service Representative for Golf Genius Software starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional at The Club at Mediterra from September 2020 to April 2022. Ryan also had a role in customer support at Golf Genius Software from May 2021 to October 2021. Ryan gained further experience as an Associate Golf Professional at Ridgemoor Country Club from May 2020 to August 2020. Ryan began their career as a Seasonal Intern at The Club at Mediterra from October 2019 to April 2020 and as a Seasonal Intern at Ridgemoor Country Club from May 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Cashier at PGA TOUR Superstore from March 2019 to May 2019. In earlier roles, Ryan served as a Caddie/Outside Services staff at Naperville Country Club from April 2015 to August 2018, and as a Range Attendant at White Pines Golf Dome from November 2017 to April 2018.

Ryan Cagan, PGA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. Prior to their university education, they earned their High School Diploma from Naperville Central High School, graduating in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan Cagan is also certified as a Golf Genius by Golf Genius Software, which they obtained in April 2021.
