Rory Luck

Director Of Marketing & Customer Experience at Golf Genius Software

Rory Luck has a diverse work experience, spanning from advertising agencies to golf clubs and software companies. Rory started their career at Fallon, Inc. in 1995 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 1999, overseeing advertising campaigns for blue chip clients. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Morgan & Myers as a Project Manager, responsible for managing accounts in the food, golf, and B-B sectors. In 2002, they joined Interlachen County Club as a PGA First Assistant Golf Professional, where they remained until 2010. During this time, they played a key role in managing the club's operations, including organizing and overseeing golf events. In 2011, they joined Dick's Sporting Goods as a PGA Golf Professional, managing golf operations and generating significant sales. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a PGA Director of Golf at Bent Creek Golf Club, overseeing the overall golf operations. Since 2016, they have been working at Golf Genius Software, initially as a Regional Account Manager for the Central US, and later promoted to Manager of Account Management. In this role, they have been responsible for providing training, support, and servicing golf club accounts across the central United States. Rory also gathers user feedback and product requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Rory Luck's education history began in 1990 when they enrolled at the University of Minnesota. Rory pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Management and completed their studies in 1995. After that, in 2002, they joined the PGA PGM Program to further their education in Golf Operations. Rory successfully completed the program in 2006, earning a PGA Class A Membership.

In addition to their formal education, Rory obtained further certifications from the PGA of America. In October 2006, they received PGA Certification in General Management. Rory also obtained PGA Certification in Golf Operations in August 2006.
