Rebecca Eggeman is an experienced professional in human resources, risk management, and the legal field. Currently serving as a Human Resources and Risk Management Analyst and DEI Officer for the City of Goleta since November 2021, Rebecca also holds a position as a Sponsored Projects Analyst at the University of California, Santa Barbara since October 2017. Prior to these roles, Rebecca operated as a Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations Attorney from January 2010 to September 2017 and has extensive experience in business and real estate law as well as insurance coverage. Educational background includes a JD from Loyola Law School and a B.A. in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, supplemented by a Professional Certificate in Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Management from the same institution. Additionally, Rebecca has served as adjunct faculty in the Socially Responsible MBA Program at Antioch University Santa Barbara.
