David Cowan is the Chief Communications Administrator at Goleta Water District, where David communicates the District's mission on various topics. David is also the Creative Director at Cowan Communication Arts and served as the Sustainability Director on the AIGA Santa Barbara board. David was the Editorial Director for The Living Principles for Design and a Board Member at Santa Barbara Channelkeeper. Additionally, David was a Public Service Committee Chair at AAF Santa Barbara and an Adjunct Professor at Santa Barbara City College School of Media Arts.
