Alain GUIGUI is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a focus on tax law and corporate tax consulting. Since February 2013, Alain GUIGUI has served as Administrateur-Associé at Goldwasser Exchange, specializing in compliance and legal matters. Prior roles include Avocat fiscaliste at CMS DeBacker from October 2011 to November 2012 and at Cruyplants, Eloy, Wagemans & Partners from January 2009 to October 2011, highlighting expertise in the fiscal department.
