Catherine Bryson Davis currently serves as the Global Chief of Staff to the Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, a position held since June 2015, where Catherine is also a Vice President. Previous roles at Goldman Sachs include Chief Administrative Officer for Wealth Management, Global Engineering Chief of Staff, and Global Business Partner for Compliance, all at the Vice President level. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Catherine held recruiting positions at Victaulic and Aerotek, and started a career in technical customer support at Follett Corporation. Catherine earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Bucknell University and has also studied at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Catherine is a graduate of Freedom High School and has participated in SHRM San Diego Conference Networking.
