Lily Krueger is a Senior Benefits Specialist at EmPower HR, where responsibilities include managing benefits for a prominent investment group with over 8,700 employees in sectors such as real estate, senior housing, and healthcare. Prior roles involved administering employee benefit programs, conducting benefits orientations, and processing coverage changes. Previous experience includes a position as a Paraprofessional Intern at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, where process improvements for professional licenses were implemented, and an internship with Black Swamp Green Team focused on legislation and community development.
