Gaurav Singhal is an experienced plant management professional with a robust background in the dairy industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Golding, Inc. since January 2023, Gaurav has previously held similar roles at Dairy Farmers of America from November 2017 to January 2023, and Dean Foods from October 2015 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Gaurav worked at Kemps LLC in various capacities, including Assistant Plant Manager, Special Project Supervisor, and Production Supervisor from June 2003 to September 2015. Gaurav began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at South Dakota State University from 2001 to 2003. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Dairy Manufacturing from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Science from Gujarat Agricultural University.
