Luke Koele serves as the VP of Manufacturing Pet Foods at Golden Pet Manufacturing since August 2021. Previously, Koele held various leadership roles in the manufacturing sector, including Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Stella & Chewy's from April 2016 to January 2021, and Sr. Project Manager at Stellar for a brief period in 2015. Koele's experience also includes roles as Plant Manager at Tyson Foods, where the focus was on manufacturing excellence and productivity improvements, and Production and Maintenance Manager at PB Leiner, overseeing engineering and process teams. Additional experience includes managing facility maintenance at Kraft Foods, where Koele also served as a project manager. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
