Rob Young is currently employed as an Assessor Trainer at Wellpoint, where they have also worked as an Assessor and Community Based Case Manager for LTSS. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Case Management at UnitedHealth Group, managing a team of 15 Community Based Case Managers. Rob has a background in social work and has experience working in various roles such as Waiver Case Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas, Social Worker II at Johnson County Iowa, Secretary of Veterans Affairs and General Assistance Director at Cedar County, and Services Coordinator at REM Developmental Services, Inc. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Amridge University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.
