Casey Shanks currently serves as a Rental Technician and Rental Manager at Golden State Communications, Inc. since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Executive Merchant and Store Manager at Floor & Decor from September 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and regional training. Additional experience includes coaching at Servite High School from September 2012 to May 2018, and serving as ODP Assistant Manager for USA Water Polo, coordinating training and team logistics from May 2013 to September 2016. Casey's career began at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from May 2013 to August 2016. Casey holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Golden West College.
