Billy Barrow serves as the County Extension Director for the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service since July 2016, after holding the position of Area Manager at Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts since January 2006, where responsibilities included procurement management across North Carolina, Virginia, and upper South Carolina, as well as regional seed management in the Virginia and Carolina area. Prior to this, Billy was an Area Manager at Golden Peanut Company from January 1996 to December 2006, focusing on procurement management in Virginia. Billy holds a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from North Carolina State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
