Karen Offereins is a skilled professional with diverse experience in community engagement, project management, and software testing. Currently serving as a Coordinator and Project Assistant at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy since July 2023, Karen supports various community initiatives for the Rancho Corral de Tierra project. Previously, as a Community Engagement and Stewardship Intern at the same organization, Karen designed interactive programs that fostered community interest in nature. Karen's earlier roles include significant project management and software testing positions at MediaKind Global, Ericsson, and Microsoft, where expertise in managing software releases and testing complex features was developed. Additionally, as Co-Founder and Artistic Director of ATMOSTHEATRE, Karen successfully led numerous theatrical productions. Karen holds a B.A. in Film from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is furthering education at City College of San Francisco.
