Anya Pitre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Service and Operations Manager at GoldenComm since August 2014, Anya supports over 500 clients by addressing a variety of technical issues, managing client projects, and providing exceptional support through phone and email communications. Prior to this role, Anya worked as a Student Loan Specialist at Socle Education from July 2010 to July 2014, where Anya handled a high volume of inquiries and maintained accurate documentation of customer interactions. Anya holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Orange Coast College, completed between 2019 and 2021, and graduated from Escambia High School in 2007.
