Additionally, Rolando has held the position of Fighter Relations with Golden Boy Promotions since May 2015 and has been President of RA Sports and Entertainment Inc. since June 1995, providing business, legal, and marketing consulting to sports and entertainment entities. Rolando's educational background includes a Juris Doctorate and post-doctoral studies in Law and Complex Negotiations from Ventura Law and Harvard, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Arts and Political Science from the University of California, Long Beach.
