Fondale J. has extensive experience in maintenance, assembly, and quality control across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Maintenance Tech at Goldberg Realty Associates since November 2021, Fondale J. performs preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services. Previous roles include Assembly Specialist at Raycap, where responsibilities included telecommunication device assembly, and property maintenance at AION Management, where tasks involved refurbishing apartments and ensuring safety standards. Earlier experience at McWilliams Forge Company focused on NDT inspections and quality control for critical components. Fondale J. has also worked in shipping and receiving, general maintenance, food service, and community support, demonstrating a strong skill set in mechanical knowledge, quality assurance, and customer service.
