Serge Santos has a diverse work experience across various industries. Serge is the Founder and CEO of Funding Alternative Group Limited, where they have developed an alternative lending platform for SMEs. Prior to this, they were the Owner and CEO of Compressed Air Centre Ltd, a distributor of compressed air products. Serge also holds the position of a Member at The Supper Club and serves as a Non Executive Director and Shareholder at Gold Standard Phantoms. Additionally, they have experience as a Seed Investor in iYield and Elevate Capital, and as a Lending Capital Provider at FIFO Capital. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Serge worked as an Investment Professional at Värde Partners, where they handled distressed debt portfolios across Europe. Serge began their career at Lehman Brothers, specializing in Leverage Finance and M&A Financial Institutions.

Serge Santos attended ETH Zürich from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Physics degree with a specialization in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. From 1994 to 1998, they continued their studies at ETH Zürich and earned a PhD - Doctoral Degree of Natural Sciences in Computational Chemistry. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science in Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zürich, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2003, Serge pursued further education at the London Business School and obtained a Masters in Finance.
