Wissam S. Karmouchy is a seasoned professional in the real estate and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Gold Mark Real Estate since January 2016. Prior to this role, Wissam held the position of Senior Negotiator at Group Seven Properties LLC from May 2006 to January 2016. Wissam's experience also includes serving as the Director of Catering at Dusit Thani Hotel from January 2005 to May 2006 and as the Banquet and Catering Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts from May 2001 to January 2005. Wissam's educational background includes studies at Damascus University from 1993 to 1997, along with attendance at Al Qurraya High School.
