Robert Lashendock, CRME has over 10 years of work experience in revenue management and hospitality. Robert currently serves as the Director of Revenue Management at Gold Key | PHR, where they oversee top line rooms and catering revenue for multiple properties, including Hilton Norfolk The Main, Marriott Resort Virginia Beach Oceanfront, The Cavalier Virginia Beach, Autograph Collection, and Embassy Suites Virginia Beach. Prior to this role, they worked as a Revenue Manager at Diamond Resorts Internationalā„¢. Robert also has extensive experience with Gold Key Resorts / Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR) Hotels & Resorts, where they held various positions such as Revenue Manager, Revenue/Marketing Analyst, Sales Coordinator, Night Auditor, Engineer, and Banquet Captain. Overall, Robert has a proven track record of success in revenue management and driving revenue growth for hotels and resorts.
