Rachael Parrotte is an experienced mining engineer with a robust background in underground and surface mining operations, currently serving as the Alternate Underground Mine Manager at GOLD FIELDS since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Senior Production Engineer at Advanced Mining Production Systems and Panoramic Resources Limited, focusing on maximizing the efficiency and safety of underground mining operations. Rachael's experience includes positions in production engineering at EMR Golden Grove and operations planning at Rio Tinto, along with a foundational background gained from undergraduate roles at Gold Fields Ltd. and Atlas Iron Limited. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mining from the Western Australian School of Mines.
