Mona joined Gold Coast Search Partners in 2021 and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining GCSP, Mona worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at Bank of America Securities, where she focused on equity and M&A transactions.

Mona graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance and founded the university’s Finance Diversity Program, an initiative designed to increase the diversity of high-potential students pursuing a career in finance.
