Gautham Sarathy is an experienced talent acquisition professional with significant expertise in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at both Smoothstack and Gold Coast IT since September 2018, Gautham has played a crucial role in developing targeted talent through immersive training programs. Prior experience includes a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Blue Ocean Ventures and roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Artech Information Systems, as well as a Recruitment Executive and Associate Executive at Mindlance.
