Maheshwar Sah

Maheshwar Sah is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency since October 2021, Maheshwar has held a variety of significant culinary positions, including Senior Sous Chef at Vivanta by Taj and Sous Chef roles at Gokarna Forest Resort and Underdoggs Sports Bar & Grill. With a foundational background as a Commis Chef at Jeedah Trident and Lead Line Cook at TGI Fridays, Maheshwar has developed a strong culinary skill set over the years. Educational credentials include a BBS from Tribhuvan University in Nepal and a Master's in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Pokhara University, coupled with a degree from the National Institute of Hotel Management in Kolkata.
