Favio De Iraola has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Favio started working as an Ingeniero de Proyectos Especiales at Hansa Ltda. in 2009, where they were responsible for the development and validation of projects and engineering solutions. Favio also served as the Head of Engineering and Oil & Gas Projects, leading the staff and overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of projects in the area of telecommunications.

In 2016, Favio joined MER Telecom Bolivia as a Broadband Pre-sales Engineer LATAM. Here, they were in charge of designing technical and commercial proposals for customers in the communications category for Latin America. Favio worked closely with the commercial department to present solutions and secure contracts.

From 2018 to 2019, Favio worked at Huawei Technologies as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing enterprise named accounts in the Bolivia office. Favio handled internal and external management for customer relationship development, lead generation, solution presentations, and overseeing solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Favio also negotiated contractual terms with local channels, clients, and suppliers.

In 2020, Favio became a Consultor Independiente, working autonomously until 2021. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager at GOJA, where they are responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Throughout their career, Favio has showcased their expertise in project management, customer relations, solution presentations, negotiation, and team leadership.

Favio De Iraola has a Master's Degree in Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos from Universidad Aut\u00f3noma Gabriel Ren\u00e9 Moreno, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sistemas Electr\u00f3nicos at Escuela Militar de Ingenier\u00eda from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Favio De Iraola has obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they received certifications in Cloud Computing and Competencias Digitales para Profesionales from Google Act\u00edvate, as well as the Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf. In June 2020, they obtained the SCRUM FOUNDATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (SFPC) from CertiProf.

Favio De Iraola has also received various industry-specific certifications. In May 2015, they obtained the Wonderware Application Server 2014 R2 certification from Schneider Electric and in February 2015, they obtained the Instrumentaci\u00f3n de campo, anal\u00edtica e inal\u00e1mbrica certification from Yokogawa. In September 2013, they obtained the RS Logix5000 \u2013 Mantenimiento y Soluci\u00f3n de Fallas (Instrumentaci\u00f3n y Control de Procesos) certification from Rockwell Automation. Favio also holds certifications in Transferencia de Custodia de Gas (Instrumentaci\u00f3n y Control de Procesos) from SoftLab SRL, Advanced iDirect Operations and Maintenance Training (Redes de Comunicaci\u00f3n Satelital) and iDirect Operations and Maintenance Training (Redes de Comunicaci\u00f3n Satelital) from VT iDirect, ICONICS GENESIS Standard & Alarm MMX (HMI y SCADA) from ICONICS, Inc., Motorola Wireless Field Engineer (Redes de comunicaci\u00f3n Microondas) from Motorola, and Radwin WinLink 1000 & RADWIN 2000 O&M Training (Redes de comunicaci\u00f3n Microondas) from RADWIN.
