Juan Pablo González Tello has eight years of work experience in various roles. Juan Pablo began their career in 2009 as the Editor General for Dibaky.com, where they were responsible for the internal communication of the medium and had 33 people under their charge. In 2011, they joined Kwan Creativos as an Arte/Creativo, where they were responsible for the internal and external communication of the agency, as well as creating and designing strategies for informational bulletin boards and material for employee training. In 2013, they joined ATENTO M\u00e9xico as the Coordinator of Internal Communication. In 2016, they joined Great Place to Work\u00ae M\u00e9xico as the Brand Manager and Associate of Internal Communication, where they were responsible for the internal communication and brand identity. Finally, in 2020, they joined GOintegro as the Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Success.

Juan Pablo González Tello obtained a Licenciado en Ciencias de la Comunicación from Universidad del Valle de México between 2004 and 2009, with a field of study in Comunicólogo.
