Steph Silva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steph is the Co-Founder of GoingUp, a company focused on building workplace reputations and recognizing talent through on-chain solutions. Prior to this, Steph was a Co-Founder at Sniftie, where they developed a smart contract launcher for creators and collectors in the NFT market. Steph also organized NFT project launches and conducted interviews with Crypto Artists. Steph has also worked as a Kernel B4 Fellow at Gitcoin and Co-Founder at AvatarFlow. Additionally, they founded UHWEAR and gained experience as a Design Intern at Art. Lebedev Studio. Steph started their career as an Intern at CustoMem and gained valuable experience as an Auction Clerk and Gallery Assistant in various art galleries and auctioneers in Paris.

Steph Silva has a diverse education history. Steph earned a Master of Science degree in Innovation Design Engineering from Imperial College London in 2019, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art in 2019. Prior to that, they received a Master of Arts degree in Material Futures Design at Central Saint Martins from the University of the Arts London in 2017. Steph also holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Business from ICART, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Steph has obtained several certifications in various fields, including user experience design, digital marketing, sales, and programming. Steph has also completed courses on leadership, project management, and design thinking.
