Andy Ann is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles across various innovative companies. As the Founder and Chairman of NDN Group since January 2002, Andy has focused on empowering organizations through advanced technology and support. In June 2019, Andy co-founded YAS Digital Limited, an InsurTech company offering flexible insurance products. Additionally, in 2024, Andy became an Independent Non-Executive Director at Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Ltd, contributing to its expertise in telecom and advanced technologies. Andy is also a co-founder and director at GoImpact, specializing in ecosystem development, and NOIZ, a blockchain-based advertising platform. Further experience includes co-founding Hotmob, a pioneer in mobile marketing, and founding Klarity Analytics, which specializes in social intelligence technologies. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from The University of British Columbia and an EMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
