Libby Forkin has a diverse work experience across various organizations and roles. Libby started their career as a Program Intern at Make-A-Wish North Texas in 2016 and then served as a Child Life Practicum Student at Children's Health. In 2017, they worked as a Child Life Intern at Dell Children's Medical Center Foundation and later became a Certified Child Life Specialist at Chicago Children's Advocacy Center.

In 2018, Libby joined Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where they held multiple roles, including Interim Beads of Courage Coordinator and Certified Child Life Specialist. Libby also served as an Interim Education Liaison for the Hematology, Oncology & Stem Cell Transplantation department.

Libby continued their career at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in 2019 as a Certified Child Life Specialist. During this time, they contributed to providing specialized care for children.

Libby's most recent work experience is with GoGuardian, where they have held several positions since joining in 2019. Libby started as a Foundational Customer Success Manager, earning the prestigious GoGuardian Pioneer Award in 2020. Libby then transitioned to the role of Mid Market Customer Success Manager before becoming an Enterprise Account Manager in January 2022. In their roles at GoGuardian, Libby has successfully managed a large portfolio of clients, exceeding expansion goals and contributing to the company's growth.

Libby Forkin has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Child Development from Texas Christian University. Libby also holds several certifications, including Adult, Child, Infant CPR & AED Training obtained from the American Health Care Academy in September 2016. In December 2015, they obtained Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children certification from The National Association of Social Workers, as well as a certification in Trauma Informed Care from Family & Protective Services. In February 2015, Libby Forkin received certification as a Make-A-Wish Wish Granter from Make-A-Wish America. No specific start or end dates are provided for their education or certifications.
