Kyle Dugandzic MaSM has a diverse range of work experience. Kyle recently worked at GoGuardian as an Account Executive and previously held the position of Business Development Representative at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Membership Director at Urban Golf Performance and also served as a Caddie there. Kyle gained experience as a Guest Services Intern at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Additionally, they worked as a Special Education Teacher at Lindero Canyon Middle School. Kyle was also the Redbox Bowl Merchandise Store Manager at Team IP. Kyle has interned at USC Athletics as a Game Management and Operations Intern and at the University of Arizona as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. Kyle has also worked as an Assistant Football Coach at Oak Park High School and the Ventura County Community College District.

Kyle Dugandzic MaSM obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona from 2011 to 2013. Later, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sport Management at the University of South Dakota.
