Benjamin Dipiero is an experienced professional with a background in support and community management. Currently serving as Safety Support Specialist II at GoGuardian since January 2020, Benjamin focuses on the development of Beacon, a program aimed at combating youth suicide, and acts as a point of contact for school administrators and counselors regarding suicide prevention alerts. In addition to this role, Benjamin has been a Senior Moderator for Reddit, Inc. since January 2014, overseeing multiple communities with a combined total of over 40 million subscribers and 400 million visits monthly. Previous experience includes Head of Support at FOV, where Benjamin established an efficient support system and grew a community of video editors, as well as a role as Social Media Coordinator at Daily eSports.
