Jan Krupa is an experienced CNC Programmer currently working at GCM Global since April 2019, specializing in the setup and operation of 3, 4, and 5 axis mills, multi-axis lathes, and wire EDM processes. Proficient in Esprit and Mastercam programming, Jan designs custom fixtures using SolidWorks and works with a diverse range of materials while maintaining close tolerances. Previously, Jan served as a CNC Mill Operator, Set-up, and Programmer at Four Tech Industries from August 2011 to April 2019. Jan holds an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Moraine Valley Community College and has completed additional training at CATI and BIR Training Center. Jan actively engages in team collaboration, employee training, and research on new manufacturing technologies.
