Bonnie Chen currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success for SMB at GoFreight, where Bonnie oversees a dedicated team providing vertical SaaS onboarding and customer relationship management to small and medium-sized businesses since May 2022. Prior to this role, Bonnie held multiple positions at Ematic Solutions, including Manager of Customer Success for the Tracking Team and previously as Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager. Bonnie's experience also includes a position as Digital Marketing Manager at Giftpack Inc. and involvement in international startup programs at organizations such as Paris&Co and Plug and Play Tech Center. Additionally, Bonnie began a marketing role at JackerCleaning in early 2017.
