Chad Lette has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Chad is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GOEX Corporation since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Bliss Communications as the Technical Services & Facilities Director from 2011 to 2020. Before that, Chad worked as a Controls Engineer at L.W. Allen, Inc. from 2006 to 2011 and at GILMAN ENGINEERING LIMITED from 2004 to 2006. Chad also has experience as a Maintenance Technician at The Fayetteville Observer from 2000 to 2004 and at Klöckner Pentaplast from 1996 to 2000. Chad began their career as an Electrician in the US Navy, where they served from 1990 to 1996.

Chad Lette earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Old Dominion University, from 1999 to 2003.
