Stein Arve Bernes has extensive experience in the culinary and baking industry, currently serving as Bakesjef at Godt Brød since January 2016 and holding the position of Regionsleder at Godt Brød Norge AS since April 1996, overseeing the operation and establishment of new bakeries with responsibility for nine locations in Oslo and Stavanger. Prior experience includes working as a Kokk at Radisson Sas Royal Bergen from January 1993 to March 1995, and completing a culinary apprenticeship at Radisson Sas Royal Hotel from January 1992 to January 1994. Stein Arve Bernes received formal culinary training at Rogne Videregående Skole and Arna videregående skole, achieving relevant diplomas in cooking.
