Shiva Unnikrishnan possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of TM, L&D, EE, BE, PMS, and CSR at Godrej Infotech Ltd, Shiva has also held prominent roles such as AVP - HR - Learning & Development at Axis Bank and Regional Talent Lead for the Africa, Middle East, and South East Asia regions at Essel Group. Previous positions include Corporate HR for Learning & Development at Voltas Limited and Team Lead - Human Resources Business Partner at Antraweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Shiva holds a Management Development Programme in Human Resource Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA/PGPBM in Human Resources from Kohinoor Business School, Mumbai.
