Stellah Papa (MPRSK) is an experienced executive assistant with expertise in enhancing organizational efficiency and strategic communication across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Stellah has demonstrated leadership in developing standard operating procedures and managing complex scheduling across international markets. Previous roles include serving as Executive Assistant at Mamo, where strategic support was provided to the executive team, and as Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Retirement Benefits Authority, where implementation of business management systems was championed. Stellah's early career involved personal assistant roles at the Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority and the Anti-Counterfeit Authority, focusing on administrative support and fostering stakeholder relationships. Stellah holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication, both from the University of Nairobi.
