Manoj Loya is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the food and beverage industry, currently serving as President/CEO/MD for Asia Pacific at pladis Global since January 2024. Prior to this, Manoj held various positions at Godiva Chocolatier from March 2013, including President for International, Greater China & APAC, EMEA, and Managing Director for MENAT. Manoj's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager for Baskin Robbins, where over 500 stores were opened, and leading a team of 2,500 in the Middle East. At Chaudhary Group, Manoj successfully doubled revenue and achieved significant profitability growth in the Food & Beverage division. Manoj's career commenced at Seagram as Area Sales Manager, developing distribution strategies, and as a Management Trainee at Shaw Wallace & Company Limited, where new liquor brands were launched. Manoj holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a B.Com in Statistics from Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce.
