Ajay Shinde is an experienced professional in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as the Founder of Gödel Consulting since July 2024, where the focus is on helping startups hire top talent. Prior to this role, Ajay was the Chief Projects Officer at The iThrive from May 2021 to June 2024, contributing to project team building, growth initiatives, and fundraising efforts. Ajay also held the position of Head of Project Management within The iThrive, leading high-impact projects and driving strategic planning and technology implementation. Early in the career, Ajay served as a Market Research Associate in the Founder's Office at The iThrive and as a Market Research Analyst at Tenshi Peak Venture, where market analysis and client acquisition were key responsibilities. Ajay holds a BBA in International Business from MIT World Peace University, completed in 2020.
