Drew Jaynes is an experienced software engineer and core developer with a robust background in the WordPress ecosystem. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at GoDaddy and a Core Developer at WordPress, Drew has contributed to all major WordPress releases from version 3.3 to 5, led documentation efforts, and held various leadership roles, including Development Manager and Team Lead at Sandhills Development and Awesome Motive. Previous roles include Software Engineer at FlipMetrics, where Drew focused on data integration in web3, and Platform Engineer at 10up, contributing extensively to the WordPress open-source project. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism and Communication Theory from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
