Elizabeth Askew has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elizabeth currently works at GoCardless as the Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, where they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager 1, Executive Support at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. From November 2018 to February 2022, Elizabeth worked as an Executive PA to the CFO, CTO, and CPO/CGO at GoCardless.
Before their time at GoCardless, Elizabeth was employed at GTT as an Executive Assistant to the SVP Human Resources from July 2018 to October 2018. Elizabeth also worked at Interoute, starting in July 2016 and ending in August 2018. At Interoute, they held the positions of Executive Assistant to the CFO, CTO, and EVP Products and Development, as well as Head Receptionist/Office Management Assistant.
Elizabeth's earlier work experience includes roles at Intu Bromley/The Glades Shopping Centre as a Customer Service Information Assistant from July 2015 to November 2015, Commonwealth Bank as a Customer Service Specialist from January 2013 to April 2015, as well as a Customer Service Representative/Lead Teller from April 2006 to December 2012. Elizabeth also worked at Woolworths Supermarkets as a Customer Service Cashier from May 2004 to August 2007 and at Subway as a Night Supervisor and Sandwich Artist from August 2003 to April 2004.
Elizabeth Askew attended Salisbury East High School from 1999 to 2003 where they completed Year 12 SACE. During their time there, they studied Business Studies, Photography, Catering and Hospitality, and Tourism. In 2002, Elizabeth also attended Shearmans Hair Academy and obtained a Certificate 2 in Hairdressing, focusing on Hair and Beauty.
