Emily Graffam has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Sales Associate at The Men's Wearhouse for a period of three months. From May to August 2019, Emily worked as an Engineering Researcher at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, focusing on the growth of green algae from an Antarctic environment. In November 2019, they joined Waste Connections as an Environmental Manager and held the position until February 2023. Currently, Emily is working at Conservice as a Customer Success Manager ESG, starting in February 2023.

Emily Graffam earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Emily attended the university from 2015 to 2019.
