Denise Ballancin has had a varied work experience since 2015. Denise began working as Marketing Staff at Latteria di Soligo in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Ballancin Wines as a Wine shop and hospitality. In 2017, they became a Marketing Communications Specialist at Arcadia S.r.l. In 2018, they worked as a Social Media Analyst & Content Curation and Account Assistant at claim.brandindustry. In 2019, they held two roles at Ballancin Wines, as Marketing Manager and Junior Marketing consultant, and also worked as a Freelance digital marketer. Her most recent work experience is at Goboony, where they are a Customer Care & Support since 2022.

Denise Ballancin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in 2013. Denise then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Corporate Communication from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2016. In 2017, Denise attended a Social Media and Digital Marketing course at Europa Business School and a Social Media Marketing course at Unindustria Servizi & Formazione Treviso Pordenone. In 2019, they took an SEO & SEM Executive course at LUISS Business School. Additionally, Denise has obtained numerous certifications from institutions such as Coursera and LinkedIn Learning, including Foundations of Project Management, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, and Online Marketing Foundations. Denise also holds an English C1 certification from British Institutes. Currently, Denise is enrolled in a Courses in Strategic International Management at International Business School.
