Desirae Davis has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2002 with their role as Regional Processing Manager/Office Manager at Sutton Alliance. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Secondary Market Liaison at Rochester General Hospital. In 2009, they moved to the University of Rochester Medical Center as the Director of Advancement - Flaum Eye Institute. In 2011, they were the Director of Advancement URMC at the University of Rochester. Finally, from 2012 to the present, they have been employed at Gobel, holding the roles of EVP & Chief Engagement Officer, Vice President Client Services & Principal Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Senior Philanthropy Consultant.

Desirae Davis attended SUNY Brockport from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
