Eman Hardaway, M.S., currently serves as the Manager of Global People Strategy and Programs at GOAT Group, where responsibilities include building a global employee listening strategy and leading change management initiatives for organizational acquisitions. Hardaway previously held positions as a Senior Associate in People Strategy & Programs at GOAT Group, where significant achievements included managing a successful Global Engagement survey program and overseeing the launch of several international operation locations. Earlier experience includes roles at AltaMed Health Services, TMNA Services, Kravis Leadership Institute, and Ferdman Consulting, contributing to leadership development, talent management, and diversity initiatives. Hardaway earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Spelman College.
